After an initial telephone consultation to assess your requirements, we will arrange a no-obligation visit to your home to take measurements and show you carpet samples from an extensive selection; our aim is to utilise our knowledge and many years of experience to demystify a confusing process and help you find a style and colour of carpet perfect for your home.
A quote will then be issued within 48 hours of our meeting and if you are happy, we will arrange a fitting date usually within 2-4 weeks, depending on stock and diary availability. Prior to the day of fitting, we can discuss furniture removal from rooms as well as disposal of old carpet, which is done sustainably and responsibly.
Our fitting service can take anything from a few hours to a few days depending on the scale of the project, and your rooms will be left pristine and fabulous, all set for you to move in.
